End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

3BO grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use its mobile software and services for personal use only.

2. Restrictions

You may not modify, copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute any software or data related to the 3BO platform.

3. Ownership

All software, content, and services remain the intellectual property of 3BO (Pty) Ltd.

4. Termination

This license is terminated immediately if you breach any term. You must delete all software copies.

5. No Warranty

The software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
