Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery estimates:

  • South Africa: 2–5 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

2. Returns

Defective devices may be returned within 14 days for exchange. Proof of purchase required. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we sent a faulty item.

3. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable. Hardware refunds are only issued if the product is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of receipt.
