Same playbook on every bike

Each device uses the same WhatsApp command set: Track / Ignore / Sleep on movement, live map links over cellular, Share ride or Emergency for contacts, and Status for last seen, battery, and map. Sleep pauses motion alerts until Wake (battery notices may still arrive).
